[ENG] Connecting External Sensors

Plug external sensors of the 1-Wire standard into the connectors at the front panel of a device:

It is possible to plug up to 8 temperature sensors and 1 humidity sensor into 4 1-Wire connectors of the device.

For example, the following picture shows connecting 3 temperature sensors and 1 humidity sensor:

All 1-Wire sensors are electrically connected in parallel and allow building a branched tree structure using splitters.

Use the next splitters and extenders to plug more than four sensors:

• 1-wire cable extender, 2m;

• 1-wire cable extender, 5m;

• 1-wire cable extender, 10m;

• 1-wire splitter, 3 sockets.
