To set a description for a relay, there is a need to go to the page «RELAYS» of a device web interface: 

Descriptions for relays are set in the field «Memo».

Memo – is a field for setting a brief description of a relay. A memo is used in notifications of SYSLOG and log and is also included in SNMP TRAP, SMS, e-mail notifications, e-mail reports about a status of relays and is duplicated on the page of the module «Watchdog». A maximum size is 30 characters. On default: empty line
