[DKSF 70.3] Page CURRENT SENSOR web interface
This page displays current sensor parameters and allows to configure them. It is possible to plug a smoke sensor and other sensors with a standard interface of a current loop 5-20ma to a current sensor input. A current loop is fed from UniPing with a 12V voltage, and a sensor issues a signal by changing its ohmage, wich causes changing current in a loop. A device has one interface to plug in sensors. Several sensors can be connected in parallel one to another, however this way it will not be possible to perform different actions (alarm signals) for each sensor individually. Status – is a current status of a current sensor Possible sensor statuses: Current in the Loop– is a current value of current in a loop of a current sensor, mA Voltage Drop on the Loop – is a current value of a voltage drop in a loop of a sensor, mV Loop Resistance – is a current value of sensor ohmage, Ohm In this section it is possible to set parameters, which will determine a status of a current sensor. A current sensor can have 3 statuses: For every status you can set limit conditions, when they occur a sensor will switch to a corresponding status. Parameter of the Loop – sets a parameter, due to its value a decision about switching a sensor status will be made. Possible parameters: Resistance, Current, Voltage. On default: Resistance. Condition – a sensor status will switch if a current parameter of a loop will become more or less than a threshold value. On default: depending on a status Threshold – a threshold value, transition through which will change a sensor status. On default: depending on a status Hysteresis – is a «dead zone» of a parameter close to a threshold. It is necessary to avoid switches of a status because of small occassional fluctuations close to set thresholds as a result of electric interferences, contacts bouncing, etc. On default: 200 Notification on Status Change – a checkbox, after checking which a device will send SNMP TRAP message each time when a sensor status has changed. On default: checkbox is checked Loop Power – Turns on and turns off a power voltage of a current sensor or transfers a power supply management of a sensor to a logic module. On default: Off. Loop Power Voltage – choosing a voltage of sensor power supply, only 12V is available. On default: 12V Time for Sensor Reset by powering Loop off – a period of time for which a power supply will be cut off a sensor loop to reboot it. On default: 5 s. Activate Reset – a checkbox, after checking which a reset of a current sensor will be performed by switching power supply off for an indicated period of time. To fulfill a reset, check a checkbox and click the button "Apply changes". On default: a checkbox is not checked After setting up all necessary settings, click the button «Apply changes» .
